Usage of Procurement Service (referred to in this Agreement as “Service”) is limited to the registered Buyers/Clients(s)/Clients  and the transfer of registration is not permitted. During the registration process, the Buyers/Clients needs to fill the required information and agree to the Terms and Conditions on www.smartstaffings.com. We reserve the right to charge any fees to use the service or a registration fee in future, which is free at the moment. These fees may be enhanced / reduced by us, from time to time by providing notice to the Vendor. Upon a notice of enhancement, Buyers/Clients shall pay the additional amount required to use the service. By agreeing to the terms www.smartstaffings.com gives the Buyers/Clients authorization to send unlimited Quotation Requests to Vendors for seeking Quotation / Information on products and / or services..

When a Buyers/Clients sends us the request for Quotations / Information regarding products and/or services, we will forward the request to selective Vendors, whom we feel are suitable to the Buyers/Clients’s requirement. www.smartstaffings.com does not set the price / quote or determine the percentage of discounts or offers on these products or any kind of  services. When any products and/or services are bought or procured by a Buyers/Clients, using the Quotations / Information sent by Vendors, www.smartstaffings.com does not review or authenticate the Quotations / Information or pricing of products and/or services offered for sale. www.smartstaffings.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the Quotations/Information details sent by the Vendors, therefore, you should take precautions and proper care before entering into a contract or purchasing any product and/or service. Buyers/Clients and Vendors are completely responsible for any transaction involving purchase/sale or exchange of products and / or services. Buyers /Clients must resolve any disputes that may arise in their transactions with the Vendor directly and are responsible for researching and complying with any applicable laws, regulations or restrictions on items, products, services, or manner of purchase / sale or exchange that may pertain to transactions in which they participate. The price, cost, best deals of products and/or services may be cancelled, called off, delayed or postponed by the Vendors for a variety of reasons; therefore, the Buyers/Clients should contact the Vendors for further clarification or information on this issue. www.smartstaffings.com is not responsibility for such cancelled, called off, delayed or postponed price, cost, and best deals of products and/or services. www.smartstaffings.com through this agreement prohibits any Buyers/Clients from subscribing these Emails, SMS and calls from us as SPAM or Do Not Disturb. Any Buyers/Clients found to be using the foregoing subscriptions will be barred from using our service in future. The Buyers/Clients will have an option to edit the number of days a request for Quotations/Information is kept open; they can advance or postpone or close the request. Further, if the Buyers/Clients receives any communication from the Vendors after the lapse of the date opted by the Buyers/Clients, we are not responsible for such Emails, SMS and telephone calls. The requirement posted by the client will be available on the website for 7 days, then the requirement will be removed form our website. If the client has not filled his requirement then it can again post it's requirement.

For www.smartstaffings.com, priority shall be in sending the Quotation Request/Information to Vendors, which are relevant to the Buyers/Clients’s request. Once Vendors reply to the request with Quotation/Information, www.smartstaffings.com will forward the Quotation/Information to the Buyers/Clients. Nothing in these terms shall be deemed to restrict or prevent www.smartstaffings.com, from providing Buyers/Clients with Quotations/Information about other Vendors.

You can request products and/or services quotations and/or queries for your individual employee, provided that the rules of your Company or Organization allow you for placing such requests. In that case, you shall be responsible for all quotations and/or queries placed using your official registration provided to you by www.smartstaffings.com.

www.smartstaffings.com does not guarantee that Quotations/Information from the Vendors will be sent to the Buyers/Clients by using the Procurement Service. Buyers/Clients understands that our only obligation is to forward Quotation Request / seeking Information given by the Buyers/Clients, through our website, to the Vendors whom we consider relevant to your request.

Other than content that Buyers/Clients send in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, most of the material on the www.smartstaffings.com online service web sites, including graphics, text, design, buttons, logos, images, and icons, as well as the selection, assembly, and arrangement of the web site, is the sole property of www.smartstaffings.com www.smartstaffings.com and its affiliates. During the registration process, all Vendor needs to fill the required information and agree to the Terms and Conditions on www.smartstaffings.com. We reserve the right to charge any fees to use the service or a registration fee in future, which is free at the moment. These fees may be enhanced / reduced by us, from time to time by notice to the Vendor. Upon a notice of enhancement Vendor shall pay the additional amount required to use the service. By agreeing to the terms Vendor gives us the authorization to send them unlimited requests from Client seeking Quotation/Information on the Manpower recruitment.

www.smartstaffings.com web site provides a service for the Vendor to reply to the Client/procurement request, for Quotations / Information on any kind of man power requirements or services offered by the client/procurement. When a Client/Procurement team seeks Quotation / Information about any type of Manpower services, we determine Vendors/procurement/client who to fall within the parameters identified by the Client, and those Vendors are sent a Quotation / Information request. The priority of any Vendor is determined based on the choice of the Buyer and we are not responsible for generating business for a Vendor. Whilst, careful monitoring done by us to send relevant requests from Client/Procurement/staffing companies, Vendor might receive irrelevant requests. In that case you can inform us through the website, by Email or telephone and we will take the necessary action to ensure that Vendor does not receive such requests. We do not set the purchase requirement or review / authenticate the requests for services/man power requirement sent by the Client, intending to purchase. www.smartstaffings.com has no control over the genuineness, safety or legality of the purchase requirement of any manpower requirement or the quantity of these requests sent on the website. Therefore, Vendor/staffing companies/Consultancy should take precautions and proper care before entering into a contract or selling any product and / or service. Vendors and Client/Buyers/Procurement are completely responsible for any transaction involving purchase / sale or exchange of products and / or services. Vendor must resolve any disputes that may arise in their transactions with the Buyer directly and are responsible for researching and complying with any applicable laws, regulations or restrictions on the sale of products and / or services, or manner of sale, or exchange that may pertain to transactions in which they participate. The purchase requirement and / or the quantity of products and/or services may be cancelled, called off, delayed or postponed by the Buyer/client/Procurement for a variety of reasons. Vendors should contact the Buyers/Client/Procurement for further clarification or information on this issue. www.smartstaffings.com is not responsibility for such cancelled, called off, delayed or postponed purchase requirement or the quantity of products and / or services. www.smartstaffings.com through this agreement prohibits any Vendor/staffingcompanies/consultancy from subscribing Emails, and calls from us as SPAM or Do Not Disturb. Any Vendor/staffingcompanies/consultancy found to be using the foregoing subscriptions will be barred from using our service in future. Vendor should note that the Buyer will have an option to edit the number of days a request for Quotations / Information is kept open; The request for any requirement will be closed with in 7-8 working days Further, if the Vendor tries to reply to any Client/Procurement/Buyers/Consultancy request, with their Quotation / Information, after the lapse of the date opted by the Client/, we are not responsible for the Buyer’s decision to advance or postpone or close the request.

For www.smartstaffings.com, priority shall be in sending the Quotation Request/Information to Vendors/Staffing companies/consultancy, who are relevant to the Buyer/client/procurement’s request. Once Vendors/staffing companies/consultancy reply to the request with Quotation/Information, www.smartstaffings.com,Then the staffing companies can get directly in touch with the client . Nothing in these terms shall be deemed to restrict or prevent www.smartstaffings.com, from providing Vendors/staffings companies/consultancy with Quotation Requests/Information about other Clients/Buyers.

www.smartstaffings.com does not guarantee that business leads will be generated by it for the Vendor or that any of such leads will translate into business for the Vendor. Vendor understands that our only obligation is to sent the quotation required by the client/staffing companies, through our website, to the Client/Buyer seeking such Information. www.smartstaffings.com is not obliged and does not market the offerings of the Vendor and shall not be obliged to recommend Vendor to Buyer/clients/Procurement.

As on date www.smartstaffings.com is offering this service to all its registered users free of cost. www.smartstaffings.com may levy or charge certain amount to its Vendors for using their website service, which will be intimated to the Vendor via Email or at the time of login to the website and the Vendor, hereby agrees that they shall pay the charges promptly without raising objections.

(a) Our option on all issues pertaining to the interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Vendor.
